Our Process
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- Investigation: We will conduct a full investigation and aim to provide a final response within 15 working days.
- Resolution: If we cannot resolve the issue within this timeframe, we will keep you updated on our progress.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) depending on the nature of the funding.
